Our pharmacy will implement the following measures to ensure the appropriate handling of your personal information.

We will formulate rules (operational management regulations) regarding the handling of personal information, appoint a person responsible for handling personal information, and have all employees comply with these rules.

We will periodically check that personal information is being handled appropriately, and if any problems are found, we will make improvements.
When acquiring personal information, we will clearly state the purpose of use in advance and will not use it for any other purpose, except in cases where we have obtained the consent of the individual, where required by law, or where the information has been anonymized so that individuals cannot be identified.
When outsourcing operations, we require the outsourced party to fully understand our basic policies and strive to take necessary supervision and improvement measures.
We will establish a consultation system regarding the handling of personal information and respond appropriately and promptly.
